about us
We have more than 40 years combined expertise in general contracting, construction project management and art & design.
CLARE WOAKES I grew up all over the world. Before I was eighteen I had moved many times; from Africa to Canada to England to the US. Once I landed here I found my passion, building. I apprenticed in the Carpenter’s Union, eventually getting my General Contractors license. As a woman in the trades this was not always easy but I love a challenge, particularly the idea of starting with a concept and seeing it literally come into form. My primary focus has been high-end residential construction. This has given me the opportunity to work with the best. I am a problem solver with an eye for detail. I bring these skills to every project I am involved with.
DOBEE SNOWBER In my career as an Operations and HR Manager I developed strong project management and business skills. I know how to look at a project and identify what needs to be done, determine how to do it and ensure efficient execution. I also learned all facets of running a business, from accounting to customer service. I believe that the key to successful management is communication and follow through. I carry this belief into every project I am involved in. I am also a practicing artist with a degree in painting and printmaking. I find my design experience combines well with organizing and managing.
